Thank you ever so much for your fantastic support yesterday at our London Marathon reception! I hope that you enjoyed the afternoon and had a good journey home afterwards.

Please pass on my sincere thanks to Kornel and Modestas, for giving up their Sunday to work with us. I have received so many good comments from the runners, who felt amazing after their massage! You could see the difference in their faces when they left; all the tension had just been lifted from them and they could move around more easily.

Your help with managing the massage room made everything run so smoothly. It was great to see that the runners didn’t have to wait for their massages and there was a lovely atmosphere in the room.
