A thorough sports injury assessment, diagnosis and treatment with a rehabilitation plan based on your physical activity goals. Treatment can include: joint mobilizations, massage, stretching, dry needling acupuncture, cupping, muscle electrical stimulation, ultrasound therapy, taping, rehabilitation exercises and footscan analysis. We are also keen to keep you injury free so lots of advise will be given at the time of the appointment!
Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. You will be assessed then provide you a diagnose to be able to offer you the fastest way to alleviate pain and stop the re-occurrence of injury. An Osteopath aims to restore the normal function and stability of the joints to help the body heal itself . They use their hands to treat your body in a variety of ways, using a mixture of gentle and forceful techniques. Techniques are chosen based on the individual patient and the symptoms they have reported. Our Osteopath are registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOC's)
Massage therapy is highly recommended as an addition to your injury rehabilitation, or simply relax your muscles after a hard day!Our highly experienced and fully qualified and insured massage therapists can provide you with Sports Massage (deep tissue), Relaxation Massage (gentle pressure) or pregnancy massage (12 weeks +).
Our new Footscan provides accurate 2D and 3D analysis of static, balance and dynamic measurements, with the highest recording speed available today. This allows all our trained clinician to see greater detail and conduct a more reliable gait and movement analysis. Outcome measures: Pre and post intervention, orthotic or treatment differences can be visually compared. Balance protocol for measuring functional movements, postural sway and foot stability. You do not need to bring anything special for this appointment, just yourself!

Our treatments have Health Insurance provider status and are recognized by all major health insurance companies.
We have practitioners registered with specific insurance companies and these are listed in each therapists profile so look out for the log of your insurance company assigned to specific therapist and call us to book your appointment manually. Note you will have to provide us with your Membership Number, Authorization Code and number of sessions granted by your insurance. Once you have been to our Clinics for treatment we will send bill to your insurance of choice.

1 hour injury assessment is between £75 and £85 depending on the practitioners’ experience. All our Sports Therapist, Physiotherapist, Osteopaths and Sports Rehabilitator will be able to assess your injury. If you are unsure who to book please contact us so that we can discuss your needs and direct you to the right practitioner.
Yes of course. If it is inconvenience for you to travel or you are in pain we offer home visits for injury assessments, rehab and massage. Click here to see the locations where we do home visits.
Yes there is free ample parking in all our locations and you do not need to pre-book your space as we always have parking for you if you decided to drive to us.
Please wear loose clothing, preferable shorts and sportswear for all of our appointments.
Yes you can bring a relative/friend with you to the treatment. We also have ample cafe and waiting area so that if your relative prefers to wait outside the treatment room, this is also possible.
Currently masks are not a requirement during treatments but you can ask our practitioners to wear any PPE should you wish at the time of the appointment.
